H.D.P.E /L.D.P.E are insulated over 24AWG solid copper conductor to reduce the noise to the minimum. The outer dia of the PE insulated core is kept as to ensure 75 Ohms signal quality.
Tinned copper/bare copper/ aluminum alloy wires are used for shielding the P.E core. Virgin PVC is used for sheathing of RF core. The other 3 cores are made with best quality PVC and to ensure the flexibility 14 strand of 0.2mm copper is used in each of three cores. All 4 cores are twisted together to make the symmetry. Polyethylene tape covers the all 4 cores. Finally white color, best quality, virgin and flexible PVC is insulated over the 4 cores.
